Project Cleanup & Setup

 

  • Duration: 2–3 weeks
  • Price: $1,500–$3,000 fixed fee
  • Best for: Projects with unclear priorities, ownership, tracking, or operating rhythm
  • Typical outcomes: Active-work inventory, milestones, ownership map, usable tracker, risk and issue visibility, weekly rhythm, and hand-off
  • Important boundary: This is a bounded stabilization engagement, not an automatic retainer
